Shipping and Returns
- Shipping available Australia and New Zealand wide.
- All items are sent via Australia Post with tracking included.
- Standard postage is $10 and Express is $14. Free postage on orders over $100
- The Sav and Co head office is located in Queensland, Australia.
- We endeavour to pack and ship your orders within 24 hours of purchase to get your items to you as soon as possible.
- Due to COVID-19, delays with Australia Post may slightly delay your order. We strongly recommend Express Shipping at checkout if you live in an area effected by lockdowns / Australia Post delays.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of dispatch date. A refund or exchange cannot be offered after this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error or returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed when processing an exchange/ refund.
For an exchange a credit note will be provided via email.
